No Refunds On Custom Orders
Our custom pieces are one-of-a-kind (just like you). These are not off-the-shelf pieces and they are made to order matching your unique specifications. Because they are made for you specifically, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.
Store Credit or Even Exchange on Non-Custom Orders
Non-custom orders are eligible for store credit or even exchange only if you return within 7 days of purchase. Thank you for understanding!
Stretch Bracelet - ReBead Policy
Oh, snap! We stand by the quality of our products, but we know that, sometimes, life just happens! If your elastic bracelet breaks within 60 days of purchase, we are happy to re-bead your bracelet for you. With re-beading, we will do our absolute best to match the original beads in your bracelet, but with the natural variety in some beads and supply chain variables that are outside our control, we may not be able to provide an exact match.
